Personal Training

At Synergy we design and execute fitness programs that are tailored to the metabolic results and health goals of each individual. We help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercises. Sessions last up to an hour, typically working for 50 minutes and using 10 minutes for warm-up, mobility and stretching.

Personal Training 

1 session for $90 

5 sessions for $400 

10 sessions for $750

20 sessions for $1350

Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes will assess individual needs while providing instruction and support. Our group fitness coaches are nationally certified, knowledgeable and passionate. Our staff will guide you muscle recovery techniques, education in injury prevention and promote success. We focus on consistency and progress. All classes are in a non-competitive, energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
